Stratton, Everett

Ludlow native and casualty of the Vietnam War. He was born on August 30, 1945 to Everett and Delores Stratton. Everett Stratton died on August 4, 1967 at Quang Nam,Vietnam from wounds to the abdomen. He held the rank of Lance Corporal. He was 21 years old at the time of his death.
Stratton attended the Ludlow Public Schools. Before enlisting in the Marines in January 1965, he had worked at Duro Paper Bag Company of Ludlow.

Stratton left a wife, Sharon and two daughters: Sherry and Terri Stratton. The family lived with Sharon Stratton's parents, Mr. And Mrs. Vernon Wainscott, 111 Highway Avenue, Ludlow.
