Dehore was born on November 20, 1894 in Lexington, Kentucky to Pat Dehore
and Rosa Byrnes Dehore. When he was a child, his family moved to Ludlow.
They resided at 22 Elm Street. His occupation before entering the service
was railroad switchman.
Dehore entered the United States Armed Forces on September 23, 1918.
He reached the rank of captain before his death. He died of disease
on May 6, 1919 at Fort Thomas, Kentucky.
